Postage Stamp Kind: summary of the different intended styls of a postage stamp

Official Postage Stamp: postage stamp issued by a public postal administation

Semi-official Postage Stamp: postage stamp issued on behalf of a private indi-vidual or company with the toleration of a public postal administration

Private Postage Stamp: postage stamp issued by a private person or company
